Who operates Atomicrails and how we handle verification, sanctions, fraud and complaints.

1. Who operates Atomicrails

Atomicrails is operated by Big Dream Ventures B.V., a Dutch private limited company (besloten vennootschap) with its registered address at Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2. What we are, and what we are not

Atomicrails is a reseller of digital gift cards for businesses and software agents. We sell codes sourced from third-party suppliers and issuers, in our own name, through an API and MCP endpoints.

We do not provide custodial wallets or hold customer balances. Each payment is made for an individual order, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers whose own terms apply to the payment.

We do not provide financial, investment or legal advice, and we are not the issuer of any gift card.

3. Customer verification

The Service is for businesses and developers. Before we enable production access, and again where our risk controls call for it, we may ask a business customer for company details, information about its owners and use case, and source-of-funds information.

We may delay or refuse access until that information is complete. Creating several accounts to avoid these checks is not allowed.

4. Anti-money laundering and sanctions

We apply risk-based measures to help prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions violations. These include verification of business customers, limits on access and order sizes, and screening of orders and payments to identify potential sanctions exposure.

We cannot sell to sanctioned persons or deliver into sanctioned destinations. Where a transaction raises a compliance concern we may delay, decline or cancel an order, ask for further information, or restrict access. For legal and security reasons we may not always be able to explain these decisions in detail.

We keep relevant records and cooperate with the competent authorities in line with applicable law.

5. Fraud and misuse

We monitor orders for fraud and abuse, including stolen payment credentials, resale in breach of an issuer's rules, and attempts to circumvent rate limits or risk controls. Where we reasonably suspect fraud we may hold or cancel an order and suspend access.

Customers are responsible for keeping their API keys secret and for all orders placed with them, including orders placed by software agents acting for them.

To report a security issue, see our security contact.

6. Complaints

Email support@koomalooma.com with your order details. We confirm receipt and aim to respond within 14 days. For how we handle personal data, see our privacy notice; the binding terms are our terms and conditions, which prevail if anything here differs.
