1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this MCP gift card reseller platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform resells third-party digital gift cards and voucher codes. We are not the issuer of those cards and do not control the issuer's redemption systems or policies.
2. Eligibility and compliance
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- You may not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- We may block, pause, or cancel orders that appear suspicious or violate these Terms.
- We may request identity or fraud-prevention checks where required by law or risk controls.
3. Nature of the service
The Platform provides listing, purchase, and delivery of digital gift card codes sourced from third-party providers and issuers.
Card availability, regions, denominations, validity periods, redemption rules, and restrictions are set by third parties and may change without notice.
4. Orders and payments
Prices are shown at checkout and may include service fees. You are responsible for any taxes, network fees, payment processor charges, or currency conversion costs.
An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and internal risk checks are passed.
5. Delivery and redemption
Digital gift card codes are delivered electronically, usually immediately after confirmation, but delivery may be delayed for fraud checks, technical issues, or supplier delays.
You must verify that card details (brand, region, currency, amount) match your intended use before purchase. Once a code is delivered, the order is generally considered fulfilled.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Because digital codes can be used instantly, all sales are typically final after delivery.
Refunds or replacements may be provided at our discretion if a code is proven invalid at delivery and the issuer or supplier confirms the issue.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to abuse the Platform, including through resale violations, unauthorized automation, payment fraud, account takeovers, or attempts to circumvent risk controls.
8. Third-party issuers and providers
Gift card brands, issuers, payment processors, and suppliers are independent third parties. Their systems, terms, and redemption policies apply to your use of purchased cards.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created legal or security risk.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms.
