1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Atomicrails is a service of Big Dream Ventures B.V., Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 63338149 (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you visit atomicrails.com, use our API or MCP endpoints, or order digital gift cards through Atomicrails (the “Service”).
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you may bind it, and “you” means that business. The Service is meant for businesses and developers, not for personal use by consumers.
2. What the Service is
Atomicrails lets businesses and software agents search, order and receive digital gift card codes from a catalogue of third-party brands through one integration. We resell codes sourced from suppliers and issuers.
We are not the issuer of any gift card and do not control the issuer's redemption systems or policies. Brands, regions, denominations, validity periods and redemption rules are set by third parties and can change without notice.
3. Eligibility and use
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and comply with the laws that apply to you. You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Keep your API keys and credentials secret. You are responsible for all orders placed with them, including orders placed by software agents acting for you.
- Don't circumvent rate limits or risk controls, resell in breach of an issuer's rules, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
4. Agreements and order of precedence
If you have signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms where they conflict. Otherwise, these terms and the order you place form the whole agreement between us for that order.
5. Sanctions, screening and checks
We do not provide custodial wallets or hold customer balances. We take risk-based measures against fraud and financial crime, and we may ask for identity, business or source-of-funds information where the law or our risk controls call for it.
We screen orders and payments for sanctions exposure. We may delay, decline, cancel or reverse an order, and suspend access, where we reasonably suspect fraud, a sanctions issue or a breach of these terms. We keep records and may share information with authorities where the law requires or permits it.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown when you order and may include service fees. You are responsible for taxes, network fees, payment processor charges and currency conversion costs. An order is confirmed only after we have received payment and our checks are passed. Payment methods and payment processors are provided by third parties, and their terms apply to the payment.
7. Delivery and redemption
Digital codes are delivered electronically, usually within seconds of confirmation. Delivery can be delayed by fraud checks, technical problems or supplier delays.
Check that the brand, region, currency and amount match your intended use before you order. Once a code is delivered, the order is treated as fulfilled.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Digital codes can be used immediately, so completed orders are final. Because you order as a business, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
If a code is invalid on delivery and the issuer or supplier confirms it, we will replace it or refund the order. A refund is paid in the way and currency the order was paid, and network fees are not refunded.
9. Third parties
Gift card brands, issuers, payment processors and suppliers are independent third parties. Their systems, terms and redemption policies apply to the cards you buy and to the payment. We are not responsible for what they do or fail to do.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its documentation and its software are ours or our licensors'. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as these terms allow. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
11. Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including lost profit or lost business.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you broke these terms or created legal, security or sanctions risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Complaints
If something went wrong, email support@koomalooma.com with your order details. We confirm receipt and aim to respond within 14 days. For how we handle personal data, see our privacy notice.
14. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. For changes that matter to you we will give notice before they apply, for example by email or on the site; continued use after that date means you accept them.
Dutch law governs these terms, and the courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise. Contact: support@koomalooma.com.
